We have tried to be as comprehensive as we can to provide our customers with a better shopping experience. We have eliminated PayPal from our automatic payment processing on our website due to the number of problems with that network with phishing and spam. You may use PayPal by contacting us directly by email or telephone; you will find information about our shipping policies, return policies, customer support information, payment options and ordering questions on this page.

You may either use our shopping cart system to process your order with payment, or you can just use it to print your order without submitting payment online if you choose. Just print it and then email, fax, mail, or phone it to us.

You do not need to have an account with ProPay. Just send us an email at support @ nicericeonline.com; or support @ sweetbeads.biz. We will email back your order confirmation and you will receive a separate secure email from ProPay invoicing you. You may log into their secure site to submit your payment by your payment method choice, or you may email us requesting us to telephone you and we will process your order by phone if you prefer. If you want to pay by PayPal, contact us by email or phone.

By Mail

If you prefer to pay by mail, you may mail a money order or cashier's check for product shipment as soon as your payment is received. If you prefer to pay by personal check, your order will be shipped as soon as your personal check has cleared your bank.

For your convenience, we highly recommend using online payment via ProPay.

ProPay does not require you to have an account to send money by email and does not charge you for your transaction. We have been using ProPay for many years and have found them to be an extremely reliable, secure, and efficient merchant services provider.

Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, please return to us in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment.

Before returning any product, you will need to email us at support @ nicericeonline.com; or support @ sweetbeads.biz for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If your NiceRice! product is defective and you would like a replacement product pack, please see our six month Guarantee Policy. Jewelry purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, with an RMA number.

We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through the methods described on this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information in any form after your order is processed.
